Talent training

In cooperation with the government and the study centers, we participate in talent training, developing training plans in different technologies to train professionals and supply the growing demand for specialized IT resources.

The Ministry of Education promotes the creation of technical careers in computer sciences in more than a hundred universities and study centers throughout the country and draws up plans for university and college scholarships for students of computer science degrees.

Legislation

Following the approval of the Declaration of the Software Production Industry (Law 25.856) and the Promotion of the Software Industry (Law 25.922) that have provided the sector with a stable regulatory framework and generated tax advantages, the IT Industry has been positioned as the country’s most dynamic sector.

A new draft bill of the Knowledge Economy Law is also advancing. Once enacted, it will have a direct impact on investment in R&D, the creation of highly qualified jobs, foreign exchange income and the reduction of the tax burden on companies in the sector. This will create better conditions for the development of technological innovations, providing a secure regulatory framework for the IT industry.
