About the company

CYT is a PyME born in 1990 related from the beggining to the tech and telecomunications industry. Since the 2000´s the company develops software specificly used in the management of contact centers and in the profesional recording of phonecalls. It this thirty three years CYT has been moving from hardware to software, adding to the management of the telephone channel, the management of digitals channels, offering in this way a more complete and competitive product that enables an omnichannel atention of the contacts.
